On August 28, 2026 the board circulated an owner survey.
What the community’s concerns are
- Question 4 mixed a rating scale with a ranking exercise in a way that could not be answered as intended.
- The survey opened correctly on mobile but not on desktop for a number of owners.
- No statement of what the results will be used for - a priority list? An assessment justification? Both?
Why it matters
A survey with broken mechanics produces a result nobody trusts - and a result nobody trusts can still be cited. If the board intends to rely on it, owners should know that before the window closes.

What you can do
- Ask, in writing, how the results will be reported and used, and whether the raw responses will be available to owners.
- If you couldn’t complete it, tell the manager in writing so the response rate is understood.
