sjvhoa.org carried a news item on March 18, 2026: Western Nevada Management partnered with First Citizens Bank to offer free e-checking / autopay. If that applies to your account, it avoids the card fee entirely. Ask the manager how to enroll.
What you can do
- Pay by ACH / e-check through the portal if offered, or mail a check to the management company.
- Ask the manager (see Official links) which methods carry no fee.
